Refund and Return Policy

At Dzylo, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible with our platform. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when using our services.

1-Month Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 1-month money-back guarantee on our Dzylo platform's Growth & Pro subscription plan.
  • Try it for 1 month and if you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 1 month of your initial purchase date.
  • We will refund the amount you paid within 15 days from the date of your refund request.
  • To request a refund, email us at support@dzylo.com with your payment receipt and Bank Account details.
  • This refund is only available on Growth & Pro Plan.
  • If you have purchased the Enterprise Plan where we do custom development and host your company branded client app on your domain, refund is not applicable due to additional development efforts.
  • If you want to try out the software and are not sure if you should go with the Enterprise Plan, we advise you to start with the Pro Plan first and once you are comfortable with the software you can get it upgraded to the Enterprise Plan.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 1 month of your initial purchase date.
  • The refund policy applies only to Growth & Pro subscription plans.
  • Enterprise Plan purchases are not eligible for refunds due to custom development and hosting services.

How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please email our customer support team at support@dzylo.com with your refund request.
  • Please include your full name in the refund request.
  • Include your Company Name associated with your Dzylo account.
  • Provide the Email address associated with your Dzylo account.
  • Include your payment receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Provide your Bank Account details for processing the refund.
  • Include a reason for requesting the refund (optional but helpful).

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 15 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the refund to your account.

Exceptions

Please note that certain circumstances may prevent us from issuing a refund, including:

  • Violation of our terms of service or acceptable use policy.
  • Abuse of our refund policy.
  • Refund requests made after the 1-month period has expired.
  • Purchases made under the Enterprise Plan with custom development and hosting services.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
